By accessing or using SPC — Shine Pass Club ("SPC"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

SPC is operated by TeqBooster and provides a car wash membership platform connecting members with partner car wash locations in Qatar.

SPC offers two membership tiers:

• Classic: 4 car washes per calendar month
• Premium: 6 car washes per calendar month

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. Unused washes do not carry over to the following month. Each membership is tied to one account and one registered vehicle.

Your SPC QR code is:

• Personal and non-transferable — it may only be used by the registered account holder
• Valid for 60 seconds after generation for security purposes
• Required to be shown at partner locations to redeem a wash
• Subject to wash limit verification at the time of scanning

SPC partner locations are independently operated car wash businesses. SPC does not guarantee the availability of any specific partner location at any given time. Partner locations may change without prior notice.

SPC is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle while at a partner location. Any disputes regarding the quality of service must be raised directly with the partner.

• Membership fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All payments are non-refundable once processed
• If you cancel your membership, it remains active until the end of the current billing period
• SPC reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

As an SPC member, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring your registered vehicle information is accurate and up to date
• Using the service in accordance with these terms
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused washes.

SPC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the QR code system. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to violations.

SPC and TeqBooster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
